My neighbor who transported the tractor for me was taken back by the deal. He has a John Deere 110 TLB and I used his trailer to move it. He thought I was exaggerating when I told him about the tractor. He looked at me and said "dude, that is alot of tractor"! As we were loading it, he said "hurry up before they change their mind"! I spoke with my insurance agent and they said it would be covered under my homeowners policy as long as it never leaves my property. My agent said if it was stolen or destroyed by a tree or something, I would get full replacement value with a $500 deductable. Imagine that, a thief would actually double my money! Just kidding!! I will post pictures tomorrow.....

What kind of roof is on the building?
Looks like some kind of steel but I've never seen steel with that kind of pattern or design.

I was considering a BX25 when this deal fell in my lap. I did not include the pictures of the snow blower included in the deal but it is also only one year old. I spent the afternoon digging up trees and replanting them and the backhoe worked perfect. Bought Kubota touch up paint and grease to fix any blemishes today. The loader bucket is 60" and the BH bucket is 16". It will take some time to get used to working with this much more robust machine (compared to my sickly Bobcat 310). The hour meter now reads 19!
How long a reach does the BH have?
Wanna make an easy 500 bucks?
Sell it to me for $16500.

Getting used to the machine and love how smooth it operates. Is hydro whine normal on these machines? My wife says it sounds like I'm driving with the brake on. Fluids are at normal levels.

The building has a 5/12 pitch metal roof with trusses. I geuss the horizontal lines you see are condensation lines from 2 by 4's running opposite the trusses.

Hydros are hard dependable workers even though they like to whine about it.

I have a building with a metal roof but I never noticed
horizontal lines across it.
