Perhaps the attachments: quality, design, and ease of use might help you decide. It's hard to beat JD attachment design. The hydraulic blade works great. But, you'll need weights and chains to be effective. I do this with my 425. Works real well, but putting those chains on every fall is a PITA.
Spend more, get 4WD and avoid the chains.
That's why I suggested the Kubota GR series.I used to push snow with a Simplicity and those weights and chains were a pain. Then the chains would mark up the blacktop.
I've got a blade coming for the GR soon, and planning to make a power lift/angle mechanism for it.The dealer said I could T-off the line for the deck lift and use a small cylinder up front for the blade lift.I'm thinking a 12V linear actuator for the power angle if I can come up with one with the right travel and load requirement.
