That guy is pretty good. He dusted a few of them. Sort of reminds me of my boys. We will sometimes shoot skeet in the dark. Flip them upside down in the thrower and fill them up with kerosene. Light it and watch it fly through the dark.

If you hit it will go out, if not it will burn until it hits the ground. Obviously we do this over a plowed field.

According to a Canadian friend, there are more hunting guns in Canada than people. Handguns are what is severely restricted but still available for range shooting if you can pass the back ground checks.

Your friend is right, and many of us older firearms owners have prohibited also.
