ebay for $133 shipped to my door 5/16" plate with 3/8" top rail its awesome! Fits like a glove! I thought 5/16" would be too thin but its beefy! I told the fedex driver to leave it on the drive instead of caring up to the front porch, he said no problem it s 86# ! Below is a link to the company I got mine from.

I built one for my tractor last spring. I'm feeding silage in the morning and round bales in the afternoon,every day. And some days, I even have to put the snow bucket on. Quick attach is a must have for me. I posted some pictures with dimensions at this thread: http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/attachments/282993-male-skid-steer-plates-2.html . Thanks for the link Paul. That's a keeper for sure. At first glance it might appear the 1/2" is overkill. But you never have to worry about it bending. Build right/Build once.
