Skid Steer w/ Brush Cutter Rental Questions...

Where is a good place to rent a skid steer (preferably w/ tracks) with a bush hog/brush cutter attachment around Baton Rouge, LA ?

What is required to rent one, what will the cost be, and will they rent to a "homeowner"?

I need to find this info. in a hurry!
