If you're pulling from an attachment point above the rear axle, depending on what you're pulling, the front end of the tractor is going to get real light and/or you may find yourself doing an unexpected wheelie which can get really exciting in a hurry if (say) the dragged log encounters a stump, or rock, etc.. that stops it.
