To send to replacement grapple, and take care of the freight, is about all one can ask. Based upon what has been posted here, if I needed a grapple or other attachment the offer, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them.
Again, maybe a little slower than I would like but I think their response fits with my view of what good customer service is about.
If and only ir they improved the design and fixed the problem by replacing the "thin-wall" tubing with the thicker alternative...
Really? I ordered mine yesterday and got confirmation that they shipped today. Supposed to arrive Friday. I hope that's not a "standard" response, and it's based on actual information.
Edit: I just checked the tracking number they provided, and got a copy of the bill of lading. Looks like they'll actually be here Thursday! I'd send an e-mail if I were you. Sounds like something got mixed up.

I did get a tracking number but the shipment appears to have been lost..![]()

The trucking company (YRC) lost the first shipment. Instead of waiting on them to find them and deliver we went ahead and shipped a new attachment yesterday. Please call Todd directly at 901-545-9586 and he can give you the new PRO(tracking) number. Sometimes he gets overwhelmed with phone calls so if you miss him please leave a voice mail or try again.
