Our company is looking at purchasing a Skid steer and was looking for the best brand/type to purchase. If anyone has suggestions on which one is best for performance/price ratio between New Holland, Caterpillar, and Bobcat, please let me know. I was trying to find a consumer reports comparison on the net, but was unable to locate one.

Look at constructionequipment.com or spec-check.com

What type of jobs will it be performing? Digging, lift & carry, or using hydraulic-powered attachments?

I would recommend a radius boom (like tractor loaders) for excavation work and a vertical lift boom for lift & carry work.

Skid steer loaders are like tractors...there are many of them available and you really can't go wrong with any of them. But there are some that will be better suited to your needs.

Take a look at the pretty extensive various skid steer threads on this site and www.lawnsite.com

Your question has been asked by others and has been addressed in many different ways.

Finally, yes, going to www.constructionequipment.com will yield many competitive specifications.
