Years ago, the zoology department of the university wanted skulls from fox, raccoon, opossum, etc. for their collection. They wanted the animals total length, the skull and some other measurement off the animal. Don't remember right now what that measurement was. Of course they wanted the skulls boiled and all the meat and brains removed. Used a laundry detergent Axiom or something like that with a little bleach. Worked pretty good.
