Yeah, I am trying to decide if it is a bot doing an auto reply

Out IT Director showed me an application in Google that you can enter a phrase and Google will constantly search for that phrase and then send you an email every time it appears anywhere on the net. We use it at the school district to track any stories or articles that might appear with our name in it.

Skybeam has bought out my wireless provider. I had a good relation with the previous owner and his crew.

I am concerned about what the future will bring. I have not seen any of the promised improvement in speed.

I know its a little late but since google indexes and archives just about everything I thought I would share my experience. I was a subscriber of Mesa Networks before the whole Skybeam merger/acquisition. The service started failing fairly frequently as they tried to merge there infrastructure and overall speed suffered. After a while they seemed to fix most of the issues. I moved to a new house which was serviced by a different network acquisition of Skybeam and decided to try them. They tried several times to install and get a reliable signal and were never able to get the equipment setup so that it would provide an even remotely stable service. After about a month of this I called skybeam and canceled the service. It took 3 months for them to come and remove the equipment all the while trying to bill me for the service after several conversations with their customer service they reduced the bill to the original month. To this point I still have refused to pay them on the grounds that they never provided even a day of stable service.

So the underlying theme here is SkyBeam has absolutely horrid customer service, over subscribes their equipment to the point of not being able to provide stable service and still feels that they deserve to be paid. So you should avoid them.
