Slick50 oil additive

Witch's brew. This was among the additives that Exxon tested years ago. NONE were ever any good.

Use synthetic if you want real slickness.

Go to the FTC and search on this. Lots of wild claims about these products that were all BS.

I know 2 guys that used this stuff in their vehicles and both had engine problems. One guys F250 diesel was all sludged up in less than 75,000 miles and he would use this Slick 50 at every oil change.

For those that think its great, I got some lake front land for sale at the North Pole, if you are interested.

Thanks for the responses . I've always been pretty skeptical about the claims slick 50 and some of the other miracle additive companies have made . Reading the replies here pretty much confirmed what I was thinking . So much for truth in advertising /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif John

Before going out and buying Slick50 by the barrel, think about this for a minute. What is the main marketing push behind this product? It is that it contains Teflon and will coat all internal parts and make everything frictionless, right? The next time you're at Walmart, go look at a Teflon coated frying pan and read some of the labels/stickers on the pan. They'll warn you against using metal utensils while cooking with the pan. HMMMMMMM!

Still want Slick50 in your engine, trans, etc???

Use a good synthetic oil instead and stay away from ADDITIVES.
