I have a case international 595 4 wheel drive that has little to no brakes. had the pump tested and it is barely in specs, but rpms must be way up there to steer or raise the bucket. are the weak pump and no brakes connected? Pumping the pedal seams to increase their grab a little, but a higher rpm does not. any suggestions?
