Slowing up the BX - HST pedal sticking revisited.

I think a lot depends on your dealer as well as what needs to be done. Mine is happy to come out if he can do the job here, Otherwise he'll pick it up. Actually, though, it's an excuse to get it out and load it on the trailer to take it out there, so I do it myself. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif Sad isn't it???

I took a look at mine, and it looked like it might be quite a job, maybe removing the deck to get clear access to that pin...It might be a shop job...

Dave: SB's are covered under warranty, Kubota incurs all the cost.

Thomas: Yesterday evening, it hit me that there are some questions that I forgot to ask. I happened to be home when they delivered the tractor, but had other things on my mind at the time (was working on my car to address some problems it has had lately). Don't know what lubricant they call for, nor how often to grease.

Charliebrn: Didn't really notice anything else, but haven't had the time to examine it fully (like the linkage under the deck).

Just as a follow up: I visited my dealer today and he had just taken delivery on truck full of BX's. Each and every one of them now have a zirc fitting just to the left of the pedal! /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
