Sluggish operation of Backhoe

Backhoe section of my L39 Kubota is very slow and lacks power. The front section is normal. 1700 hrs on the machine, no pump noise. Should I try shims on the relief valve or replace it, as a inexpensive first test.

Check and make sure your BH/3PH bypass valves are set correctly

check filters for any type debre.

After above, Disconnect, check and reconnect quick disconnects. Do the simple stuff first. Wouldn’t adjust pressure before knowing the pressures.

Did you find the problem? The backhoe uses the power beyond from the loader so if loader is ok it will not be the relieve valve. Make sure the two directional valve levers on the back of the tractor are fully pushed in. One lever is for the swing pump and the other connects power beyond to the backhoe. Make sure the three point lift control lever is all the way down.
