small brush guard for the front of my tractor

Here is pic #1.. tractor is a NH 1920, guard clears the tilting hood.

Also used stock holes in the bumper. Bumper mount will still hold 1 suitcase weight one each side of the bumper mount.

It isn't as huge and elaborate as most that I have seen, But I looked at where the majority of the brush was hitting my tractor while mowing, and that covers it. It also lets me open my hood just fine. As a side benefit, it keeps long weeds from wrapping around the bumper and dragging untill the front of the tractor looks like a big handlebar mustache. Also have notice dthat the perforated metal keeps the air precleaner on the radiator open much longer, in dense cuts.

Well.. it wasn't much, but it was free scrap metal... oh and a 6 buck can of NH blue!

This TBN is a problem. You just keep getting ideas all the time that you want to do. It is kind of like getting a honey dew list from your wife, however, you kind of enjoy these projects.
