Does anyone know where to find a small cart or wagon to pull behind a CUT? I am looking for something I can pull through my woods to pick up rocks, branches, etc. Possibly a dump bed?? I saw a few at TSC, but was looking for something a little bigger and stronger. Any ideas? Thanks- Jason

There is dump trailer that I had my eye on because I was looking for something small enough to tow behind my BX23. I am pretty sure it is made by Pronovost and the model number is the P-503 - the web page is here . I have also seen what I believe to be the same trailer for sale at Northern Tool with the KingKutter name on it - King Kutter XB dump trailer . I am pretty sure that Montana Tractors is also selling a version of this same trailer - they have a picture of a tractor on their website pulling a trailer that looks just like one of the Pronovost models and they list a 1.5Ton model which would be the same as the King Kutter XB or the Pronovost P-503. The Montana trailer would be a good choice because it comes in green to match the JD - Montana Tractors . There are also a lot of trailers available for ATV's that would potentially fill the bill - do a search for ATV dump trailer on Google and you will get a lot of hits. ATV Wagon makes some nice ones but there are cheaper ones out there.

If you have a surplus dealer near, I think that an old 1/4 ton military/Jeep trailer is the perfect size for behind a CUT

Think twice about a wagon. Backing up is a learning experience! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Country Manufacturing has several small dump trailers and wagons in the $500-$700 range and several in the $1000+ range. Most are on sale thru the end of May. I just got the Model 8300 2-ton dump model.

What about getting one of the 8' trailers that are towed behind cars, trucks and SUVs? The 8' models have dump beds, add a hydraulic ram and you could be dumping in style.

Thanks for the info! I guess I just have to decide how much I can spend. I had already thought about backing a wagon, but it would be nice to be able to unhook it when loaded. Also I wonder about tongue weight with a cart. My used JD4110's drawbar was slightly bent when I got it. Don't want to do more damage. Jason

The tounge weight is up to you but 40 or 50 lbs is a good amount to shoot for. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I'm continuing to use my Gravely cart behind my JD. It's much stronger than any of the 2 wheel carts I've seen for sale. It's a dump cart.

You might have trouble finding one, but if you see one for sale, go get it.
