Is our fore fathers sacrifice worth nothing? We are talking about a country that forced down one of our aircraft that was flying in international airspace and then refused to give it back until thay learned every secret. )</font>

Yeah...and will that statement still be valid in the time to come?My father fought the Germans, then the Japanese, then the Koreans....they are all producers of cars Americans love to drive. You just can't stop World economies Guys....You either get on the bus or stand on the curb.
My biggest beef is the accquisition of Gravely by Ariens.... /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif
You just can't stop world economies.....You either get on the bus or stand on the curb. , that sounds so bleak so without hope I know I'm probably in the minority on this but I want to know where the bus is going before I get on board if it is going in a direction I don't want to go then I don't want to get on board. It is not that we can't do anything about it it's just that Americans are not hungary enough to do anything about it yet. I don't begrudge the man making $23 an hour putting a bolt in a car or whatever but it does trouble me the ceo getting $2300 an hour having someone else tell him to put that bolt on the car something that he already knows to do. Check the fatality rate for coal miners for China for the first quarter of last year I beleive it was bout 5000 fatalitys that quarter is that a direction we want to go. The countries that we freely trade with use child labor and forced labor [slave labor]. Have we gone that far down the road on that bus that this is acceptable? We saw a whole union fired by a president because they asked for more air traffic controllers, and recently we saw sadly on the news about a plane crash because it got on the wrong runway oh yea I beleive they said that the air traffic controller was working under staffed and I could say more but I won't about that. When our factories are running 100% capacity we can produce products cheaper and without the high priced ceos it would be considerable less. These ceos have lost the American asset of a skilled labor force now we can shuffel papers take tempertures make hamburgers and work at the mart stores until the boat coasts to a stand still and then it starts to colapse around us, I don't want to get on that bus I would rather search for a vision for without a vision the people perish. There is more hope in searching for a vision our labor leaders seemingly have no vision or at least they are deafeningly silent on this matter. Ourgovernment leaders think we want to see 85000 jobs vanish in one sweep that were high paying jobs $23 an hour being replaced with a 8 or $10 an hour [some even less than that] But in fairness some of it rests on the worker also I liked the way one man put it if you takes a mans pay do a mans work meaning give a good days work for a days pay. Sorry for going on just wanted to give something else to think about. I know this sounded scatter brained but I love America and it bothers me to see America going backwards and it is. If we can't see this then we are not looking. I especially appoligise to the poster that I am responding to because he only stated a veiw that we have grown to accept. Another thing the workers in the industries that I mentioned I intended no insult your labor is honest and honarable and you can be proud. It is not how much money you make an hour its what can you buy with what you make. Another thing I would like to know who foots the bill for searching the cargo coming into the United States for contraban if it is being put on the improrts coming into this country then search every bit of it , but if it is being paid for by American tax payers I think that is an unfair trade practice against our products being practiced by our own government leaders of today.

I purchased a new 6.5 HP horizontal shaft gas engine for 180$ that I need for my Supersplit mechanical splitter.

They are a Honda knockoff, and are probably better than the cheaper Briggs engines. For a few more bucks, you can get a Robin-Subaru. People are saying they are better than Honda. I didn't think that was possible, but I saw one running and it was smooth as silk. Starts with one easy pull.
