Small lawn tractor recommendations

I can't find a dealer near me with one in stock. Several tell me that those are NOT what they normally sell. Everyone around here (100-150 mimle radius) is trying to compete with each other and all got the basic equipment and are not to interested in selling what they don't have.

I am waiting for one dealer to call me back with a price quote but its been a week and no call. He made it sound like it was touch and go if he could get me what I wanted this year.

I am looking to purchase (new) a 20-22 hp gas riding mower, mostly used for snow blower.
I have less the 1 acre
Grass = 25%
snowblower = 75%

I have been to several dealers and get a different sales pitch from all. What one recomends the other says won't be good enough and so forth. I have prices from 3500 to over 10g.

I am trying to stay unde 5g so if any of you have a 22-22 hp JD 100 series (just for example), I would be interested in your opinion about them. I have several makes available in my area, John Deere, Club Cadet, Huskqvarna.

I need to stay at 42" deck and blower attachment to be useful for my applications.

300 series Deere....used. New might put you out of your price range, but a used one only a few years old might fit perfectly. We have a 155 we use at the farm for mowing the yard. It gets the tar beat out of it and keeps going, but I'm not sure it would withstand a lot of snowblowing. Not a lot of tractor to be taking out in the ice and snow, even with chains and weights. Been there, done that, with lighter lawn/garden tractors.
