This happened about 4 years ago, but I think it's still relvant to this forum. My dad is a big man (6'4", 270#) and the B5100E is a small machine. This combination is what saved him.
So here's my dad with his latest purchase - a 1981 B5100E. He has no experience with tractors - he picked this one up because of the unbelievable price of 1800.00$ CDN including 5 implements. He's loading it into his trailer using steel ramps, going up nose first (stop cringing). As he's going up the ramps - which is taking forever in low 1 - the front of the tractor gets light and the rear wheels end up pushing the ramps rather than climbing them. Up and over he goes. He lands on his back and the B5100's exhaust pipe plants itself firmly in his rib cage. I'm not sure where he summoned the strength, but he managed to push the tractor off to one side. A broken rib and bruised lung was all he suffered.
I keep the nose pointing down hill whenever possible /w3tcompact/icons/clever.gif.
