Small Saw

Yeah, I probably wouldn't go with a top handle unless you were experienced and knew it was the right saw.

retired007, I don't know where you're located, but I have a small Tanaka 34cc saw, 14" bar, new in the box that is looking for a good home. I just have too many saws, and it's smaller than I normally need. It is a super light weight homeowner saw, not a heavy duty saw.

Thanks guys for all the info. Very helpful. Ended up buying a saw that just fit my needs to a T and bought it from a member of the fourm. Now where else in the world can you go and get this kind of service.

I use a Stihl 009 with a 14 inch bar ( Also have a 16 Inch bar 14 is on it most of the time ) I love this little saw it has been though floods and all and it just keeps going. It is my go to saw around the house.

X2 on the 009. I have owned my 009 for about 15 years. It has been a great little saw.
