The rear cylinder's injector had a greasy look to it that reminded me of a spark plug that's in an oily cylinder. The front injector looked clean. I didn't see any obvious pitting on either injector.

I really enjoy this website, and the knowledge that people here have is a great asset. If the weather's not too bad this weekend (unheated garage) I may try to do a little checking.

If you have no crankcase pressure then you have minimal blowbly which means your rings are fine. Now do a compression check.
