Well I had these three guys show up. Two yesterday and one today. All three in the back yard. The first one is a baby about 11 in, the second ones is about 34in and the last one was about 38in.

And I guess those are not one of the varieties of rattlesnake that are protected by law in Arizona. When we visited Arizona, I couldn't believe they actually protect rattlesnakes by law.

Well we have to do something to try to control Illegal Immigration the other laws aren't working.

All 3 of them look like they got serious headaches now.
That is scary to have them come around like that. And who knows where they were hiding before that? Those animals don't know any better than to bite the crap out of you EVERY time you are in striking range. If you don't believe me, just try it. I'm sorry, but that is one animal I kill when I see them on my property. I have left them alone when I see them on the BLM next door, but not when they are around my place.

I have a grand daughter who was bitten when she was 5 (she is 16 now and OK). But it was h*ll to go through for a year and she almost lost her entire leg because of it.

Call these people I bet they can help!!!

RE/MAX | residential and commercial real estate

I don't think you will have to tell the new owners about the snake problem.

(All kidding aside, Nice job on the kill!!! I am with you kill them all and let god sort them out.)

Aww, poor little critters. :( You could have shipped them to me, I would have given them a happy home.

Bird: In PA and MD Timber Rattle snakes are a endangered species and protected by law. I actually saw one on my property last year. First one in almost 15 years. I called the PA Game Commision and let them know I had spoted one and they thanked me for the info which they use to document local populations.

Bird the only that I know for sure of that is protected is the Banded Black Rattlesnake and maybe the Massasagua. I do my best not to kill any of them but when they are inside the yard i have no choice as they are simply to dangerous for me to try and handle. It is an hour drive to the closest hospital so I would be in bad shape by the time I got there. I have a neighbor who makes things form the skins and sells them at his shop. He offeres to pay me $15 for the big ones but I just give them to him. Here is a look at his very unique place. rattlesnake crafts
