Have you looked into the specs for any of the hydraulic operated skid steer blowers? PRONOVOST-PUMA SNOWBLOWERS Not sure how this would measure up to your system but gives you an idea. Yup they have a BIG hose but not quite 3".

The neighbor that has been plowing our road mentioned that he was going to look into a blower for his Case loader, so I Googled them. Found that one manufacturer runs a Sundstrand series 27 hydrostatic pump/motor combo for up to 525 HP. Googled them and found them on E-bay. For $32,000! 5500 PSI and use 1 1/2" lines. So it can be done if your pockets are deep enough.

You might need to reconsider your blower design. Maybe something like the Schmidt rotary blowers used with Unimog trucks. See attached
