Snow buildup

   / Snow buildup #31
The colder the better for my blower. It gives me the most trouble when it's warmer. When the temps are well below freezing it rarely clogs. When the metal is near or above freezing I can expect it to plug up.

If the blower has snow that needs to be removed from it when finished, I pull it into the yard and use the garden hose to melt the snow off. Then it goes back into the unheated shed for the next time.

^^agree. A warm blower, shovel, or plow will have ice/snow stick to it as it is used and it cools to freezing temps. The start of the season is the worst.
