I am interested in getting a snow plow for my Kubota 2910. Anyone have any experience, knowledge about snow plows?

Well you could either build one or go to Curtis Cab Company they make a real good snow plow for tractors. I personally use there 8 foot model they have multiple diffrent widths you can chose from. These things are built solid I am pretty sure there are some other guys on this forum that have these blades. If you search through the user photo gallery you will find a couple pictures of the plow in action. Sorry I dont have any on my computer and I am too busy to go take any tonight, getting ready for a storm. Good Luck

When I bought my B2910 I asked about the snow plow blade .My dealer informed me that it cost allmost as much as the front end loader that was on the tractor. With the loader and my rear blade I really have not had problems keeping my 1300' gravel drive clear this winter. Might want to rethink the snow blade attachment and get the loader if you dont have one.

Sorry I didnt really give a good description. You need to have a front end loader to install this product and yes they are a little on the expensive side. I am not familer with your tractor model so I dont know how big it is and it's lift capicaty but these blades due weigh in at around 500 lbs. for the smallest one and then go up in weight as you go up in size. Also if you get a blade I suggest you get a power angle model and if you are not familer with hydrulic systems I recomend having your dealer install this because you need to install a relief and an auxillary valve for the blade to work properly. Well here is the exact website to check on the blades and prices they will sell direct if there isnt a dealer near you. Hope this helps a little

Not sure where you're located and therefore how much snow you get per storm. The attached setup has worked beautifully this winter for all except a couple of more substantial, heavy snowstorms. The bucket isn't sacrificed, as it removes by pulling one pin and backing up. Now, I do have a 5 ft blower on the rear for the tough storms.
The blade setup is around $1,100 delivered.

I have a Curtis FEL mounted blade.
Here is a link to pictures of it that I posted on TBN. Click Here
Kubota offers a front blade that mounts to a Quick Hitch Sub Frame that does not require a FEL. This unit is expensive. Check it out Here.
