I remember the misery of snowblowing and having the wind whip the airborne snow into my face. It stung pretty bad after awhile, along with the frozen snot, I could barely take it. Then a neighbor came by as I was snowblowing the 11 " of snow by hand, and he had nice new JD with a cab. I could hear the heater motor going and he was in a T shirt playing the radio. As I watched him drive past me something snapped. Perhaps it was being out in the cold for 2 hours blowing my 1/4 mile hilly driveway, or maybe it was rabies/distemper, but from that day foward I vowed that I would NEVER go through another rotten cold winter doing this again. By the end of the following fall, I had taken the plunge and got my 2710 with the front mounted blower and heater. I can honestly say that I have absolutely no regrets about buying my setup, except that should have done it sooner./w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif Like you say just having the cab makes a trendous difference. When I see the snow blowing back onto the windshield I think back to the bad old days......
