I was wondering if anyone has come up with any clever design for a quick adjustment for the skids on a BX2750. I have a drive that is part gravel and part pavement, so of course I need to adjust for a different height for each area. Rather than get out the wrenches in the middle of snow removal I'd like to come up with a way to quickly adjust the height of the skids.

I've got a shop with milling machine, lathe, welders etc. so I'm just in need of a good idea :)
