Does anyone have experience with a snowblower on a new 710? Earthtools and BCS doesn't recommend it, but I'm curious what the small unit can do

Are we talking the "new" 710 or the old one? They made the 1 speed model in the late 90's early 2000's and the current one from 2010 to now. The old one has only one working speed that is a bit slow for lighter snows. Other than that, it should blow snow fine with the 24 or 28 inch blower if it has the GX8 engine. The 5 hp models would pry do ok with the 24" or a 20" if you could find one.

The "new" 710 has two working speeds. It'd be as capable as a 730 and have more speed options than a 715. Might be an issue of hp. With 5 hp, I can't see why it wouldn't turn a 20 or 24 in blower. They still offer a 24" blower. The 20" can be found if you look long enough.
