Diaedy. Is frontier just for JD as it is green? Thought I heard something about pto shaft and cutting.???????

Not sure what the spec痴 are on your Kioti CK-35 but it should handle the snowblower just fine. The blower is a rear mount and requires the standard 540 RPM痴 at the power takeoff shaft. I believe it is a standard cat 1 three point hitch which is the same as your tractor. The only item is the pto shaft that comes with the blower might require being cut to fit your tractor hook up or if it has already been cut it could be too short. In that case you would have to buy a new pto shaft. Low tractor hp for the snowblower is 20 hp at the PTO and max of something like 365 hp at the pto shaft. Here is the spec sheet on the blower for you to look at.

Are the Deere "Frontier Blowers" part of the I-Match set-up.
I-match has a different verticle spacing for the upper and lower pin saddles?
Do the Frontier I-Match implements have a second upper pin locating hole for non I-Match quick hitches or do you have to adjust your quick hitch?

Should be a standard Cat-1 implement. The iMatch is removable if it there and you dont need it. Drive shaft comes long and is cut down if not using iMatch, instructions are in the book. I just got an 1184, really like it, hope the snow comes!

That is a lot of work to paint that whole tractor green! :)

Really? Are you on Mt. Washington or something? Looks like rain statewide, 'cept there.

I agree with Jay, heck it was 49 degrees here this afternoon. I think we got nearly 4 inches of rain today. As for the snowblower I am sure you will enjoy it, but not sure your neck will. When I had my SS-60 Woods blower there were times I would put the tractor in reverse and actually turn around and put my knees on the seat and steer the tractor with one hand behind my back. Wayne

Great glad the blower is working for you. You will still have snow banks, only difference is they will be forty or so feet away!

I have been thinking of getting a blower. How do these 3 pth units handle the wet snowstorms we get now? Do they clog up like my walk behind one or power through the sloppy stuff?
We have about 4-5 inches on the ground here now in Dorchester. I had to plow after work last friday...in the pouring rain with the sun shining! Wierd.

I haven't had any problems. If I know it is wet sticky snow, I spray the impeller, & chute with silicon, or similar type spray.

If it is snow/slush that has had a lot of rain soak in, I will up the RPM's. I usually run the blower around 1900-2100 RPM, but for that real wet heavy stuff I'll bump it up to 2300-2400 RPM.

I don't think I have ever really run my unit at 2600 RPM(540). The blower has eaten Everything I have put before it......even 2 kids toys and a piece of firewood...don't ask.

Just make sure you have some spare shear bolts, and more importantly, Remember where you store them!
