Thats why i cant wait for a aftermarket hydro filter. Thats just to much.

I hope they make one soon ! If it wasn't a "New" tractor I'd leave the filter go, but to keep the warranty, I have to do it by the book !! Gotta include that first fluid and filter change in the purchase agreement !!

Well I bought the oil & hydro filters $101 !!!! $90 for the hydro filter alone !!! Went to TSC for the fluids another $100 !! It's getting to be expensive !! With no labor hours just my time !!!!!

That sure sounds pricey for the hydro filter. Shouldn't be much different than mine. Ill have to look the part number and price and see the difference.

I was shocked ! The last hydro filter I bought was about $35 and I thought that was expensive ! Now I wish they would just hold a gun to my head at that price !!!

Well looking up in the agco parts book you use a 3608996m91. If that is correct you do use a different hydro filter than I use but I bought one two weeks ago and it was $30.00 even for it. I can't see you having a filter that would cost $60 more than what I use. I could call the massey dealer I use tomorrow and ask the price to see if your dealer is sticking it to you.

That is what I looked up. Hydrostatic drive right? And that is the hydro filter that is located under the left step of the tractor?
