botaman2- Could you please post some pictures of the rear section of your subframe mount and control valve mount, and give us some info on the lift cylinder and control valve that was used?????? Please????
1st picture=loader x-brace with front view of plow sub-frame rear support bracket bolted on.
2nd picture=back view of same bracket.
3rd picture=afar view of same bracket.
All hydraulic plow lines plug directly into the FEL control valve with Q/D's. The lift cylinder connects to the left side of control valve, the angle cylinders(only two lines ,one from each cylinder)connect to the right side of the control valve.
Sub frame rails are made of 2" sq. stock with 1/4" wall. The lift cyl. 3"bore x 8" stroke (Chief brand from Northern). The angle cyl. are replacement Meyers(also from Northern). All hyd. lines were made up at local Napa. I had to use Kubota Q/D on lines where they attached to control valve. Other Q/D's were not compatible.
Very, very nice!! This is how I envisioned setting mine up. Your ft. end loader subframe looks a little different than mine, mine is a 2000/2001 edition, maybe that is why. Do you have the float function on yours? I was lead to believe, ( by our 2 local Kubota dealers), that the control valve that comes std. with the L3010 ft. end loader would have to be swapped out for a different unit if I wanted to have angle, lift, down pressure and float for plowing snow. Thank- you /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
