A Logitech Harmony 700 universal remote. You program it by connecting to your computer and working through a checklist, and when you're done you've got one touch control of your entertainment system. Whatever you want to do (watch TV, watch a movie, listen to music), just push the appropriate button and all necessary components turn on to the correct setting for whatever you've selected. Plus, it gives you control over on-screen guides, menus, etc for each individual components.

It is, as they say, da bomb. :thumbsup:

Mom got the same except it is the touch screen.

Wife & I bought a 32" flat screen for the bedroom. 1st TV we've bought since we got married 12 years ago. The kicker is that it was only $20.00 more than the last one we bought (27" RCA that's still working & now serves video game duty at my mom's house for my kids).
