Dealer So when is the dealers meeting??

Ha! That very well may be true. Reading some of the threads on the green board is like a Sunday morning TV info-mercial with all the buzz words no one but a dealer or insider would use. I get the feeling some have watched a few too many Green Acres shows, probably have them all archived. The apparent shills on these boards are a disgrace. I have spent many years on some stock related boards and have seen the same games, multiple aliases pretending to carry on conversations, back slapping and all go-go buy-buy, its ALL BS trying to sell you something (Popular Delusions and the Madness of Crowds.) Probably dealers or from the company itself. It gets real old. Have to say at least the orange board hasn’t been quit so unashamedly blatant about their INFOMERCIALS. I wonder if they throw those ideas out early before a design is final just to get a response and see if they screwed up?

There was nothing new for the G-series line at this dealers meeting. We had new F-series, BX's, and M-series equipment introduced in San Antonio.

Who makes that chain saw?

The operator stations are *very* interesting. That is a quick sales tool. I kind of forget that when I am shopping around.

The big 9xxx's are awesome. I need to go pester my dealer.

Thanks for sharing.

If you look real close, it says "Stanley" on it.

I wish I had not run out of room on my digital camera as they had all kinds of hydraulic hand tools for the RTV series. Post Hole Diggers, Chain Saws, and I belive a pole saw. But alas I ended up taking a lot of pictures of tractor dealers parting at the social they had that night (read free drinks) and I thought I might need some black mail material and ran out of room on my card!!!!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Thanks for the pics - looking at the BX24 it appears that the backhoe might have a full 180 degree swing now - vs. the 140 degrees the BX23 had - do you know if that is true?

Looks like they made a bunch of incremental improvements that will make this a very nice tractor.

My dealer copied the brouchure for me for the new BX models and this is what I found

These are the differences I found between the tractors.

Turf, Bar, and Industrial tires are available for the BX2350
Turf and Industrial tires are available for the BX24

The loader has about 58lbs more lift and about .8 in higher lift. The loader has a new stand that can be deployed from one side and is sturdier than the old style. The new loader claims more breakout force also.

The backhoe had pretty much the same numbers as the old backhoe except for the curved boom, still 140deg side to side.

The BX1850 has a smaller frame than the BX2350 so it is definately the one to replace the BX1500.

I also noticed a new deep mower deck to cut high grass better.

Kubota addressed the majority of the complaints I have heard about the BX series, I was really suprised about this. They have definately raised the bar on SCUTS, now lets hope the price doesn't go up too much.
