That's fairly close to one of those flying contraptions that Dick Tracy had back in the '40s. The two way wrist radio is comparable to a smartphone with Skype, so it's all coming together.
To really get a view from upon high, heard about a sailplane that set an altitude record of just over FL760 a few days ago; that's a view.

There ya go Moss - I thought I heard turbines spooling up in the backpack/arm mounted one. Makes sense...on some level. That looks insanely awesome, but I gotta imagine the learning curve is STEEP!

And very steep going down!
