You can find 12v coffee pots at truck stops and rv centers. Even 12v microwaves but 1000w microwave needs 84 amps to run it, wires look like heavy duty jumper cables.
that is so weird. Here water is 4 ft to prevent frost problems and electric is 2 feet.... 18 inches in non driveway areas. The county we are in requires all electrical to be 4 ft, If I dig it and lay the conduit they will pull it and hook up at no cost. The water is supplied by the main house well, I have a T in the casing and will run it down to the barn. The good news is that it only needs 2ft depth and a walk behind trencher will knock that in a few hours.
Thanks for the info on the 2/2/4, I will have to ask about that.
Ya, my old van had a 800 watt microwave and power inverter. The inverter used 3/0 copper cable to prevent fire and overheating. Thick as my finger. You can find 12v coffee pots at truck stops and rv centers. Even 12v microwaves but 1000w microwave needs 84 amps to run it, wires look like heavy duty jumper cables.
