I hope that email provides some better results than what you have been getting. Again, hopefully you would never need the warranty anyway, but with the response you have received so far would be enough for me to send that thing down the road.

And that, my friends, is why I buy either green or orange. I prepare for the long haul, so I want a dealer in 20 years if I need a new steering wheel. Steering wheels will by then not be on tractors because of robotics. My funds will be only worth 25% of today's value (.5 * .5 per 10 years inflation).

Sadly Green and Orange are well out of the price range here of small farmers

Sadly absolutely no response from Branson Korea ...obviously customers don't matter to them if they are prepared to wipe their hands of their warranty obligations in Australia!

Ok so update time, my brothers down under i have some good news from Branson Korea, i did finally get a response from my email they said they have not forgotten their customer in Aussie, however they having issues finding an Ag dealer who is willing to take them on as a full service center for paid and warranty repair services, but they said they plan to have at least one or two up and running before the years end.
So hopefully this will happen sooner rather than later, they also said they have plans to open a Branson AU headquarters and push more aggressively into the AU market in the next 3 years

Excellent news Asteral (if it eventuates). We were offered a 4 year warranty in Australia and to be left high and dry in under 1 year of purchase was a real let down...especially on top of the long running drought, then the bushfires, then covid!!! The only reason many here went for Branson is they were perceived to be a better company than the Chinese brands. Time will tell if Branson stand behind their product or only walk the talk.
