I'm heading back today. Should be up and full speed tomorrow.

The manual you should use is the last one listed in that section (the multiple unit one). Somewhere I have an original manual, many computers ago that specifically included the 160 and excluded the 160sth iirc. I may be lucky enough to find the manual and link it up on the site. Recent updates to the site lost the manual that included it specifically, but the 160 is the same as the 200 for all practical purposes in connection and related info, except input/output amps.

I'll start trying to contact those of you who pm'd me or requested info in a couple of hours. Took a little while to get back in the groove today. I'm going to double check inventory.

Please see my question below about the plug. Thanks for answering my question about the manual.

I've been to four electrical suppliers and haven't been able to get a NEMA 6-50 plug and receptical set like you recommended.
Here's what I came up with:
First choice
The plug that came with the welder says 10-20P 125/250V 20A
and one of the counter men ordered a receptical for it . It's a NEMA 10-20R
Will there be any problem with my hooking up through them?
Second choice
I went to Lowes and found a 20A 250V NEMA 6-20P plug and a 20A 250V receptical. Will there be a problem if I use them to hook up my welder?

Your over thinking this go to lowes and find a matching set plug and receptical that satisfy the volts and amps needed.

I just went to lowes and got a "welder plug" This is the common 50 amp plug that most welders use.

I probably am overthinking it, BUT neither I nor two countermen could understand the info on the plate on the back of the welder. I'll try to put up a pic so you can explain it to me.

This is what I use we have this on our 150 amp maxstar and I put one on my Everlast when it came in the other day. I know it's borderline but realistically you'll never hardly ever run over 80-90 amps so it works fine for me your mileage may vary but it works for us.
