some pictures of more goodies on the cub

Is that really true?
I've noticed that when I take the chute off (actually, I just tie it with a string to the hand grip which keeps it in an "up" position) the mower throws the grass in a more "dispersed" arc which cuts down on thick piles of grass I'd have to cut on the next pass. When it's down, it "focuses" the discharge of grass cuttings and leaves lines of grass, which bogs down the mower on the next pass. Am I missing something here?
Does having the chute up or off completely effect the mower?
I usually mow once per week and I have a Tif Bermuda, so I keep it pretty short.
thanks for any advice.

anthony )</font> i used to cut with my chute tied up with my old craftsman. now that i have my cub i always use the mulch plug so i took the chute off. it made the deck feel a lot smaller and i can also manuver around obsticals a lot better.

That is looking too sharp IHCUB! If you add an amp and subwoofer, it might make it to the, "Pimp My Ride," show!

I am still looking for a good set of original IH chrome hubcaps for my 682, but on E-Pay even a set with surface rust sells for almost what I paid for the un-restored tractor /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Great to see some fellow LGT enthusiasts having some fun out there /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
