Does your mulch plug actually seal the port tightly?
mine doesn't and always sprayed a bit out, so I just stopped using it. I thought about sealing it with some "great stuff" foam or something, but figured I'd want to take the mulch plug out now and then.

a little grass blows out when i start mowing and then it seals itself up.
