Nice... I am finding having a backhoe with a thumb is a dangerous thing. With it the wife is able to, move some dirt, move railroad ties and large boulders around and build a set of steps in a slope in our back yard. I am out of town and I have no idea just what she had done and what it looks like. I guess I will find out Thursday when I get home. :)

You should have bought a gear model instead of a hydro to "slow her down" ! :D

Nice! That's my dream upgrade. Do you think it'd fit on the back of a CK20?
Did you position that chainsaw "just right" for the photo op?

Nice to see! You will love it. I bet she was not too hard to convince!!

What caused you to pick the woods over the Kioti unit? I don't know about the woods but it sounds good from what Mousefield says.

Honestly i had a hard time picking between the two backhoe options. Tom from Lakeridge had made me a sweet deal on a 2475 which made my decision even harder. Wallace told me that the woods was the way to go for many reasons ( power, sub frame, warranty) plus i found this unbelivable deal on one one which made up my mind.

I've been reading mousefields's posts for months regarding his woods 70 + thumb. That is what finally made up my mind. I had to have the biggest hoe my tractor could handle + a thumb to lift stuff up, specially logs. I now have about 80 hours since buying the backkhoe and have not regretted it one bit. I've pulled near 100 stumps and plan on trenching for the power line and drainage, etc... Bottom line is that this backhoe is the best thing i ever bought beside my babe's engagement ring.
