That is a very good friend you have there !!! Just bringing that machine in cost him a fair amount of money...... nevermind the work he did with it. But...... thats what its all about, isn't it? I get loads of help from my inlaws, i hope one day i can pay them back (in equal favors). Make sure you keep in good graces with that friend !

I wish it was a "free-be" job, but he & his boss both were paid for this job, & paid well. It was worth it for two reasons: First, I didn't have to baby-sit the operator & worry about the job not meeting my expectations. Second, digging up the second set of stumps wasn't part of his job, but was done anyway.
