Thanks to all for your input. Really, it was better than I anticipated.

Given what I read I intend to give the Mule a hard look. I might miss the sportiness of the Rhino but a locked rear axle is a deal breaker. I particularly liked the "bullet proof" part. The one question that I have about the Mule is the lack of suspension travel. It's not like I'm going to be rock climbing, I'm in the Chesapeake Bay region, we don't have rocks, but I think the Mule has something like 3"s of travel. Is that enough in the woods?

If the mule's suspension is anything like Kubota's RTV500, the suspension sucks and ground clearance sucks as well. Open trails are no problem but sticks and small logs are always getting caught up underneath. My CV boot just got torn from a 3'' diameter branch. I don't hot rod my 500, I use it for chores and hunting duties but suspension and ground clearance is terrible. I can hardly use it for hunting because it won't make it where I need it to go. Too heavy for mud and not enough ground clearance. I drive it as close as I can and haul the stuff by hand to where I need it. I've been debating getting rid of my RTV 500.
