Great News - They arrested and charged a suspect in Fraser the boxer's case. A 22 year old female who was his owner.

A "source" close to the suspect turned her in. the reward donations were up over $12,000 and apparently it worked. They listed the name of the suspect and her age but no other info such as motive.

Fraser has been placed at a boxer rescue society and is still recovering from pneumonia but doing well.

Now that they've caught her, can the same be done to her that was done to the dog? It would seem fair to me.
