It all amounts to the same thing, or in my case, anything that can go wrong will go wrong.

The "anything that can go wrong will go wrong" expression was referring to my own life, not the goats.

Personally, I'm all for this spider goat thing. Creating an enhanced protein in the milk is a far cry from breeding eight-legged goats, and I've always marveled over the incredible pound-for-pound strength of spider silk. Who know? We might be skidding logs with an 1/8-inch spider rope one day. /w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif

I, unfortunately am a pessimist. /w3tcompact/icons/crazy.gif I don't think I'll live long enough to see spider rope. The Guvmint will probably grab all them goats can make for quite awhile. Bullet proof vests, helmets, tanks, planes, ships...

On the other hand, skidding logs might be cool. If the rope was sticky, you wouldn't even have to get off the tractor, just drag the rope across the log and drive. /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

I have a couple of goats. I wonder where I can get them bred so I can get them to make some of that goat spider web stuff.

Could be a hazard for the chickens if those goats make a web in the barn. What kind of website would a goat make anyway?
