My thoughts too... just wondering if you did.
The guys around here seem to mostly have them on Excavators of all sizes and large Backhoe.
Off topic... one day I hope to have a post hole auger on my Deere 110 Backhoe... it would be sweet and I have a lot of holes to drill at my brothers place and not much of it is flat.

Me too, I actually found a deere pa 30 used forsale but it was still 1k more than the 3pt model.
I realize there are alot of pro's over a 3pt version but for the frequency I seem to use them a grand is hard to swallow.

Well late getting back here but the SDS drill from HF worked fairly well. I bought some feathers and wedges and lost them. I think it would have worked out but I ran out of time, needing to get the slab poured so I went around one rock and shortened the width up by
2 feet.I have more rocks to deal with at another time.
