I sprayed some Roundup in my Fimco sprayer yesterday. When I was finished I ran down the road a couple hundred yards to spray the last of the Roundup prior to cleaning the sprayer. When I filled it up with water for the cleanup up, it wouldn't spray. I accidentally ran it a little on empty when finishing up. Do you think I may have damaged the PTO pump? Does it possibly just need priming? What is the best way to prime it to get flow again?

Check your tank strainer, if you have one. I pulled a jug cap seal out of my neighbor's rig earlier this week. Same conditions you are describing.

Running it dry is a no-no, but if it was real brief you probably didn't hurt anything. I am guessing you have some kind of obstruction or valve problem

I would break down and clean all of the screens/filters. Roundup will really gunk things up if you don't clean thoroughly each time you use it. If not that, then your roller pump could be toast ... but I'll bet you'll find all kinds of clogs in the filters if you look.
