How big of a spring tooth can I pull. I have a 35 PTO HP agco with a standard transmission. Looking at a 6' or 7' spring tooth with either 11 or 13 teeth on it. Working up an arena, so the grounds relatively soft to begin with. Just wondered if anyone had any experience with something like this.

Welcome to TBN :)! I have a NH TC29DA which is smaller than your tractor. When I talked to the dealership with whom I do the most business they recommended that I purchase a 7' landscape rake for my the maintenance of my gravel driveway. I would think that you would want rear tire width "overlap" when the rake is at angle so I would recommend a 7' or greater rake. Jay

I have an 11 tooth. It is quite easy to pull when in 4wd. You might not even need 4wd from the way your dirt sounds.

In my teen years I pulled a 12' spike tooth harrow behind a 10' single disk with a 2N Ford (25 pto hp, 2WD) in freshly plowed ground. It was a load, especially in the turns, as the harrow pulled the disk down making it cut better/deeper. I have no experience with a spring tooth, but suspect they require more hp than a spike tooth. Nevertheless, you probably have the horses for either the 6'or 7', maybe even larger. However, maneuverability suffers as you go wider and that may be more important for your usage. Just be sure to get one wide enough to harrow out your tracks or a bit more.
