Springs for a PTO clutch

I have an old PTO clutch that someone removed the 8 springs from and replaced with flat washers. Does anyone know where these springs can be purchased from along with the clutch discs?

the slip clutch May be part of a particular implement or part of a particular pto shaft.... what is it?

A part of the PTO drive shaft outside the tractor.

I had good luck getting replacement friction disks for a Eurocardan shaft, from AgriSupply:
