Springtime in Valhalla, After a Date With Thor

Here is a series of three sets of three photos each of Valhalla, the property on which we will build our new home. This parcel was choked with shrubs, brush, and buckthorne trees last fall. Between an excellent clearing company, an arborist, Thor, and me, it is looking pretty good. These pictures were taken Thursday, one week after Thor mowed for the first time. The first three shots are of the water, from different places around the edge of the pond.

I'm one of those fools that likes GREEN grass,so I fertilize regularly,and try to keep the weeds under contol.

In the past 2 weeks we've had about 3" of rain,after being soo dry for soo long,it's really kicked everything into gear.
