Tires Spun lug nut and stud ck2610

So after reading some posts on this site I realized that I needed to check the lugnuts and retorque them as I have 75 hrs and never thought to check them before.After checking I found one front stud with the nut on it loose,I was unable to neither tighten it or remove it,the stud spun with the nut . I called the dealer for advise and a new stud was ordered. I知 guessing this should be a warranty issue , I figure whoever installed the tires must of been too heavy with the impact gun. Anyone ever change one of these studs,are they the same principal as a truck wheel stud just pressed into the hub?

More than likely that it was a splined bolt that was harder steel than the hub, so the hole is wallowed out. Chances are the new stud won't do any good, unless it's a bit oversized to cut new splines.
The existing one will either need the head ground off and driven out, or tack welded so the nut can come off. Since the new one will probably have to be welded to keep it in place, it might be best to tack the existing one in (in a place where it can easily be reached with a cutting disc later) and tighten it up. Providing it still has good threads, of course.
Since you state that it's relatively new and warranty might be involved, you might get them to spring for a new hub if it needs it, but they'll probably try for the weld option.

I believe that particular tractor has 2 studs with nuts and 4 lug bolts.

That correct its one of the studs and nuts
